The location was convenient for accessing the Haram! 🕋 However, the room cleanliness was a real letdown—dirty toilet seats and unemptied bins. Plus, the staff took ages to attend requests. Wish it was better!

absolutely shocked by the filthy room condition, it felt like a horror movie. Dirty sheets were clearly left from previous guests. Also, I couldn't believe how far away the shuttle was from the Haram, almost a marathon! I really expected a complimentary upgrade for all the troubles, but alas, nothing. almost gave this place a good review, but just couldn’t.

Reception could use an upgrade in courtesy!!! The shuttle service dropped off quite far from attractions!!! Cleanliness needs serious attention, and ensuring more toilet paper would greatly enhance the stay!!!

Comfortable room, helpful staff, the reception team was particularly accommodating and made our stay enjoyable with their gentle service, and the convenient shuttle service made it easy to access the nearby attractions.

Make sure to bring your own cleaning supplies. the bathrooms often need extra attention.

rooms are spacious and very clean including good toileteries provided. no lift access.

Recommend it for family with children

The staff there were so helpful, especially brother Nasir at the front desk,,, he always had a solution for anything we needed. They allowed us an extra hour in our room until our ride to the airport came, which really saved us from rushing around on our last day.

It wasn’t exactly wallet-friendly,, but given the service and cleanliness, I think it was alright.

I recently stayed at 1 Land Premium Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the location! It took just a 20-minute walk to reach Masjid Al Haram. The room I had was comfortable, and the hotel offered free private parking. There were also convenient food options available nearby, which made my stay enjoyable.

There was no bus service to Haram.

I experienced a frustrating issue when I arrived as my family was booked into a cramped room instead of what I expected. However, I did enjoy the convenience of the shuttle service. It made getting around a bit easier.

This was a suitable option for a short stayover in Mecca with very good value for money. One thing I liked was the convenience of the shuttle bus service, which made getting to the Haram fairly easy despite the crowd. Make sure to check the shuttle schedule ahead of time.
